Pricing & Agreement FAQs
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the package we recommend and the level of work required. Every business is slightly different, so your exact investment will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
Why is there an upfront investment fee?
Because a significant amount of the work happens at the beginning. Depending on the package, this can include website work, technical SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, directory and citation setup, tracking, CRM and automation setup, keyword research and the initial search strategy. After that, we move into ongoing monthly management and optimisation.
How long is the agreement?
Our standard agreement has a minimum six-month term. Search visibility compounds over time, so this gives us enough time to implement the strategy, gather data and continuously improve performance.
What happens after six months?
After the initial term, you can either continue working with us on a rolling monthly basis or cancel in line with the notice period in your agreement.
What do you need from me to get started?
Not much. We’ve designed our service to be as done-for-you as possible.
At the beginning, we’ll need access to your existing Search assets — such as your website, Google Business Profile and any relevant Google accounts — followed by a short 20-minute onboarding call to understand your business, services, target areas and priorities.
From there, we handle the ongoing implementation and management for you.
Service FAQs
What do you actually work on every month?
We follow a structured Local SEO delivery roadmap. Depending on your package, we manage the core areas that influence search visibility: your website, Google Business Profile, directories and citations, content, reputation and reviews, backlinks and paid search.
Do I need a new website?
Not necessarily. We’ll assess your existing website first. In many cases we recommend rebuilding or significantly improving the website because it’s one of the biggest assets influencing search visibility and conversions. If your existing website is suitable, however, we can work with it.
Do you run Google Ads?
Yes. Our focus is Search Visibility, so paid search can form part of the strategy. Google Ads management is included within our Search Domination package, whereas Search Accelerator focuses on organic search.
Do you run Meta/Facebook Ads?
No. Our core strategy is based around capturing existing search demand rather than interrupting cold audiences through social advertising.
Do you manage social media?
No. We specialise in Search Visibility and Lead Generation rather than ongoing social media management.
Do you set up domains and business emails?
Yes. If you’re starting from scratch or we’re building you a new website, we can help purchase and configure your domain and set up professional business email addresses as an optional service.
If you already have an existing domain and business email setup, we’ll normally work with your existing accounts and simply request the access we need.
Please note that we don’t provide ongoing IT or device-level email support.
Ownership FAQs
What happens to my website and Google Business Profile if we stop working together?
They’re yours. We believe you should own the channels and assets we’re building and improving for your business.
Do I still own the assets after the agreement ends?
Yes. Your website, Google Business Profile and other core business assets remain yours. I would just make sure the final wording here matches your contract regarding any third-party software licences, CRM accounts, premium plugins or agency-owned technology. Those aren’t necessarily the same thing as client-owned assets.
Results & Proof FAQs
Do you have case studies?
Yes. We have several case studies from Home Improvement Trades showing improvements in search visibility, leads and revenue.
Do you have testimonials?
Yes. We have video testimonials from trades we’ve worked with, and you’ll find links alongside this video in your proposal.
Guarantee, Leads & Reporting
Do you provide a guarantee?
Rank Top 3 on Search Platforms and generate 15 high-intent local leads in 60 days, or we’ll pause your payment until we do.
What do you mean by a high-intent lead?
A high-intent lead is someone actively searching for the services you provide who then contacts your business through one of the search channels we manage — for example, a website enquiry, website phone call, Google Business Profile call or an enquiry generated through paid search.
How do you measure and report enquiries?
We use a lead attribution system combining multiple pieces of tracking software to identify where enquiries have come from. Depending on the channel, we can track website forms, website calls, Google Business Profile calls and paid-search enquiries.
How quickly will I see results?
Every business and local market is different, so results can vary. In some cases, we start seeing improvements in rankings and enquiries relatively quickly, while more competitive areas can take longer.
Our initial focus is on implementing the highest-impact improvements as quickly as possible, while building your Search Visibility over the longer term. Local SEO compounds over time, which is also why we work on a minimum six-month agreement.
